Collection: Custom Flags

We produce our flags from Port Orford Cedar the hardest cedar in the cedar family. We rip the wood down from 2 x 6 2btr nominal size lumber. Each flag stripe gets bigger as the size of flag, so that we are producing flags in the correct dimension, stripe, union, and width and height. We use a transparent stain for our colors, and the best waterproof glue in the industry. We strap the back our flag as well for extra precaution from separation. Each flag comes with D rings mounted on the back ready to hang when your flag arrives.  We produce indoor and outdoor flags. Indoor gets 4 coats of water based polyurethane, and outdoor, gets an extra 3 coats of Krylon Crystal clear, for sun protection.
